Bennett 13 Months

I no longer have a baby, but a toddler.  Bennett weighs 22 lbs and is 29 1/4" long.  He has 10 teeth, but as I post this two more came through.  Bennett has finally become a good eater, as long as, it is what you are eating.  He likes pork chops, hamburger, beans and meat, french fries, bread, chicken, and yogurt.  We have stopped the baby food, except if he is still hungry after a meal.  Bennett still loves books.  We introduced him to a video that Kevin got him before he was born.  It has video of kids and animals to various nursery songs.  He loves it.  It is funny to watch him watch the video.  When the kids nod their head to If you are Happy and you know it nod your head, Bennett will nod his head.  Although this is cute, he constantly wants to watch the video which I will not allow.  So I have to endure the whining when I won't put the video on.  We only watch it if we have time before bed.  Bennett jabbers all the time.  It is funny to watch because he thinks he is making sense, but we don't know what he is saying.  Bennett will sign hungry/eat and milk.  I need to do better about signing with him since he is starting to pick it up now.
