I heard back from AGAPE. She finally got in contact with DHR and their process for criminal history check changed last month. The bad news is we have to start over on that process. The good news is it is online and should be much faster.
SBCN FBI is the website. We are to complete an online form, get our fingerprints taken again, and submit to SBCN. Sounds easy enough, so I tried today to login and complete the forms and their website is not working properly. I have contacted them about it, but still waiting to hear something.
